Darling Extra Virgin Olive Oil is cold extracted, indicating that it has been milled at temperatures below 30°C to prevent the destruction of the temperature sensitive vitamins, anti-oxidants and flavour compounds.
These oils are infused with pure garlic, lemon, chilli and cinnamon extract. No artificial flavouring is used.
